Patsy Cline's third Decca single, "She's Got You" was released in January 1962, and became her fourth major hit, reaching number one on Billboard's Country Chart, #14 on the Billboard Pop Chart, and #3 on its Adult Contemporary chart. Because an album was not yet released, the extended play also titled, She's Got You was released in April.
